Residential Ministry
Across North Carolina, children are waiting for stable, Christ-centered homes where healing can begin. Our residential ministry exists because of the Gospel — and it requires faithful men and women who are willing to serve with compassion, consistency, and excellence.
If you sense that God may be stirring your heart toward residential caregiving, this form is your first step. Completing it does not obligate you to apply. It simply allows our team to begin a conversation with you about serving as a Cottage Parent.
We are grateful for your willingness to prayerfully consider this mission field.
What to Expect
After you submit this interest form:
-
A member of our team may contact you to begin a conversation about residential ministry.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the role, and prayerfully discern next steps.
We approach this process with care, seeking individuals who are both called and prepared for this important ministry.
