Foster Care Licensing Class Begins - Immanuel Baptist Church

This 10-week class covers the 30 hours of training the state requires to become a licensed foster parent. Classes meet weekly over 10 weeks. Together we walk through understanding trauma, learning to look past behaviors to see where a child is coming from, and building safe, healthy relationships. Interested in becoming licensed? A three-day retreat (October 23–25) of rest, encouragement, and connection for foster families—a chance for caregivers and children to be poured into and reminded they're not walking this journey alone.
