Good Shepherd Ministries in Quetzaltenango (Xela), Guatemala rescues orphaned children in partnership with Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina. Through a compassionate orphanage, caring family-style cottages and medical clinic, boys and girls find hope in a culture plagued by poverty, alcoholism and chronic malnutrition. Here, they are introduced to the unconditional love of Jesus
The Good Shepherd Children’s Home, the Westmoreland Family Children’s Home, the Mae Home and the Good Shepherd Medical Clinic are operated by Good Shepherd Ministries in affiliation with Baptist Children’s Homes of NC (BCH). Baptist Children’s Homes utilizes its residential child care expertise to ensure the boys and girls are provided the highest quality of care.
