One-day missions opportunity for all ages



Is your church looking for a local, one-day missions opportunity that offers something for all ages? We are hosting our Saturday "Friends of Children" workdays (FOC) at locations across the state this month!

Your church group will be able to directly impact BCH's boys and girls while seeing the ministry firsthand. It's the perfect way to make a difference within our North Carolina mission field. Plus you get to enjoy a free lunch after all the hard work!

All types of projects are available. It will be a great day of fellowshop, work and food. We also ask individuals to prayer walk the campuses and pray for our children and staff throughout the day. This is an excellent opportunity to introduce others to the exciting work going on at Baptist Children's Homes.

Schedule for the day:

8:30 am to 9:00 am -Registration and job assignments

9:00 am - Let the work begin!

11:30 am - Program

12:00 pm - Free Lunch

1:30 pm - Optional Campus Tours

Bring Electronic Recyclable Items to Help BCH

Recycle and help BCH earn funds to meet the needs of boys and girls. The condition doesn't matter...simply bring the following items to Friends of Children:

- used laser/toner or inkjet cartridges

- old cell phones

- small electronics including digital cameras, ipod/MP3 players, GPS systems and laptops
