J. Keith Henry
Chief Operating Officer
Henry is the Chief Operating Officer (COO). He provides program planning and evaluation, formulates policy and procedure, and coordinates the agency's overall operations.
Henry joined BCH in 2007. A native of Sylva, North Carolina, Henry earned a BS degree in business administration in 1985 and a Master of Business Administration degree in 1992 from Western Carolina University. He has received nonprofit certifications from Harvard Business School and Duke University.
Henry is married and has two children.
