Transitional Living

The Transitional Living program helps youth ages 16 to 21 become prepared for independence. The program is designed to help youth as they transition from dependent, out-of-home care to self-sufficient independence. Strategies to accomplish these goals will be clear and measurable. The length of placement is determined by the time it takes the young person to accomplish their goals.
Children live in a gender specific group cottage with an on-site resident manager who provides support and supervision.
