Friends of Children Help at Oak Ranch

Fourteen churches and 167 people worked alongside each other at Oak Ranch for a "Friends of Children" workday. Work was accomplished at areas across the property including the pastures, the barns, the office, the houses, and at the river. Blinds were installed at both houses, rooms painted, pressure-washing was completed, bicycles were repaired, landscaping was done throughout the campus, carpets were cleaned, and many more projects were accomplished. Before everyone left, the residents played a game of football. It was indeed a day of service and fellowship. The campus is still shining and the staff and children are still giving praise for all the help that was received. Thanks to everyone for their support.
