Sizzling Hot Time on the Lake

Oak Ranch residents and child care workers enjoyed a wonderful day at "Wake the World" on Monday, June 21. The event took place at High Rock Lake in Davidson County. Many residents tried tubing, wake boarding, kneeboarding, wakeskating, or just enjoying a boat ride and a nice cool swim to relieve the summer heat. The smiles that lit up the lake, the sounds of kids singing to the music from the boats, and the squeals and laughter were all evidence of a great time.
